Dominique Blanchard

President, wealth manager

After completing a business apprenticeship followed by a diploma in banking economics Dominique Blanchard began his career as a portfolio manager with Banque Cantonale Vaudoise.

Appointed Head of the External Asset Management Department in 1999 and a member of the Executive Committee of the Private and Institutional Asset Management Division, he completed a rich professional career at BCV with an Advanced Executive Program from the Swiss Financial Institute in Zurich and an International Executive Program from INSEAD. He left BCV in 2005 to join Vector Gestion, of which he became president in 2013.

Dominique Blanchard is currently a member of the SAAM committee for French-speaking Switzerland, an associate judge on the SAAM honorary tribunal and a member of the Board of the BCV’s 2nd Pillar Foundation. He is also involved in various philanthropic activities.

Jacques R. Meyer

Vice-president

After a rich career in banking, including six years as CEO of the retail banking division of Banque Cantonale Vaudoise, Jacques Meyer left BCV in 2008 to take up various directorships in companies based in French-speaking Switzerland.

In 2010, he was appointed a member of the Board of Trustees of Eben-Hezer and Logacop, and became an independent financial consultant. While a director of Vector Gestion, he founded pme-successions.ch in 2014 and became its managing partner.

Aurélia Rappo

Mrs Rappo is Doctor of law, attorney and partner since 2006 at Pétremand & Rappo Attorneys-at-Law Ltd in Lausanne. She is specialized in banking law, among others.

Mrs Rappo is a lecturer in banking law at the Economic Crime Investigation Institute, ILCE-HEG (Neuchâtel), as well as expert and lecturer in compliance and banking regulation at VisionCompliance (Genève).
